If you are interested in
becoming a producer for Excel General Agency and are a licensed independent agent, please take the following steps:
- Contact Excel General Agency at (800) 989-4872.
- We will arrange for a marketing
representative to visit your office.
- Fill out the following forms
(downloadable in the PDF format).

- Fax
the completed forms to the attention of Marketing at
(866) 788-4690.
- After review and approval, a contract will be sent to you to sign and return. Upon receipt of signed contract you will be contacted about needed supplies and training.
